Terms and Conditions
Membership Agreement Terms Your membership at East Devon Physical Therapy represents a commitment to your health journey. Please review these terms carefully:
- Initial 3-month minimum commitment required
- Monthly payments processed via direct debit on the 1st of each month
- Direct debit mandate must be set up before membership activation
- Failed payments must be rectified within 5 working days
- £25 administration fee applies for failed payments
- Sessions are strictly non-transferable between members or non-members
- Monthly sessions expire at the end of each calendar month
- Unused sessions cannot be carried forward or refunded
- 24-hour cancellation notice required for all appointments
- Late cancellations or no-shows count as used sessions
- Three consecutive no-shows may result in membership termination
- Appointments subject to practitioner availability
- One freeze period allowed per year (maximum 30 days)
- Freezing requires medical documentation
- 14 days advance notice required for freeze requests
- Freeze periods do not count towards minimum term
- Additional freeze requests reviewed on case-by-case basis (£25 admin fee)
- 30 days written notice required after minimum term
- Notice must be submitted via email to info@eastdevonphysicaltherapy.co.uk
- Early termination within minimum term incurs remaining balance payment
- We reserve the right to terminate memberships for policy violations
- No refunds for partial months upon cancellation
- Treatment sessions are 30 minutes
- NovoTHOR and Alter-G sessions subject to equipment availability
- Membership benefits cannot be combined with other offers
- Discounts apply to standard-priced services only
- Treatment must be with available practitioner, specific practitioner requests subject to availability
- Upgrades can be made at any time
- Downgrades only permitted after minimum term
- 30 days notice required for tier changes
- We reserve the right to modify terms, pricing, or services with 30 days notice
- Memberships are for individual use only
- Sharing of membership benefits constitutes breach of contract
- Misuse of booking system may result in membership termination
- Aggressive or inappropriate behavior will result in immediate termination
