Posted on Alice GillTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. I have been working with Guy S to work through Running Analysis and a strength training programme. I have had an excellent experience receiving the expertise and guidance I have needed to achieve my personal goals, which included improving my running form (which is much improved now), reduce the risk of injury and improve speed. Guy assessed me to identify the precise problems I had, including my self awareness in my movement, weak posterior muscles and imbalances. Over the last six months, my running form and foot placement has improved and become an unconscious process now, and strength building is increasing my speed. I'm achieving PB's without trying! He also tailored sessions for recovery when I over did it one week (in my own time, didn't give myself enough rest between running days), providing various forms of therapy treatment to relieve pain, and created a tailored programme to support strengthening the right places. Guy has been invaluable in helping me set the right goals to improve my running performance and identify the areas I need to focus on, so that I can achieve the right outcomes. He, and the team, are also great fun to be around. I really enjoy my sessions at EDPT and trust their science backed expertise. (So much so I have recommended them to an elite friend).Posted on Beth BurroughTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. I would highly recommend this centre. The running programme with Guy has massively improved my running technique, strength and overall confidence, leading me to complete my first half marathon last month. The team are also always super welcoming, helpful and supportive!Posted on Jolanta RTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Had my running analysis done a while ago with Guy. Since then I’ve had a training plan and treatments that helped me not only reverse the injury but also improve my running massively! Can’t recommend enough 🙌🏼 The team is very supportive and helpful! Thanks guys! ☺️Posted on Simon BoyleTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Excellent assessment by Scott with clear explanations and good use of an iPad to show the various parts of the knee. Too early to say if the exercise regime will improve matters, but I'm hopeful!Posted on David BridgesTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Really great, would recommend Guy.Posted on Lucy WilsonTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. I would highly recommend east Devon physical therapy, all the staff are super friendly and welcoming and I’ve had great results from using the Novothor for my recovery.Posted on Susie HigginsTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. A very thorough unrushed assessment, listening to all my symptoms. Great assessment equipment with forward exsersize plan included in initial payment. Very happy to mix excersize plan at home 2x a week with suggested weekly 1to1 Gym visit for 6 weeks. Would thoroughly recommend this service.Posted on Jane PhillipsTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. I rang for an emergency appointment as I was in so much pain and I was lucky enough to get a next day appointment with Guy. The diagnosis session was really helpful as Guy discussed the issue and took interest in my overall health before a physical examination. Guy was professional, focused on me, thoughtful, and considerate. I felt in extremely safe and experienced hands.Posted on Amrit Saggu-AssiTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. This was my second visit and I’m happy that the approach to treatment/exercises has been very positive. Whilst i understand there’ maybe a desire to squeeze in as many appointments in the day, I’d prefer a little more time was spent on taking the attendee through the programs physically. Just once through any exercise regime, however simple the exercises might be, would help ensure you’re getting the posture, movement right so whilst videos are great and easy, they should be the refresher to what has been done during the session not the tutor.
