Group Classes (Over 60s) in Axminster & East Devon
If you’re in your 60s, 70s or beyond, you might not be chasing personal bests anymore… or maybe you are!
Either way, most people tell us they want to:
- Keep walking the coast path
- Get up from a chair without feeling “ancient”
- Stay steady on their feet
- Keep their independence for as long as possible
We’ve listened to what our patients are asking for and created three new, small‑group, specialist‑led programmes — designed specifically for people aged 60+.
These sessions run at our Axminster clinic, and we regularly help people from across East Devon including Seaton, Honiton, Sidmouth, Lyme Regis, Chard, Exeter and Bridport.
To ask a question or reserve a place, call 01297 598605 or email info@eastdevonphysicaltherapy.co.uk.

Frequently Asked Questions
Do I need an assessment first?
No — you can join any of these programmes directly.
If you’d like a more detailed 1:1 check‑up and written report, you can book an optional Joint Health MOT separately. This is charged as a standard initial assessment at £80 and can be done before, during or after a programme.
