Paula brings over 30 years of healthcare experience to East Devon Physical Therapy, with a remarkable background spanning clinical leadership, patient care, and practice management.
Having qualified as a Dental Surgery Assistant in 1993, Paula built an extensive career across the South West, most recently serving as Head Nurse, Clinical Lead and Infection Control Lead. In this role, she managed nursing teams, oversaw compliance and infection control protocols, and ensured the smooth day-to-day running of both busy practices.
Paula’s earlier experience includes working as a Community Occupational Therapy Assistant in Lyme Regis, where she helped patients improve their independence and quality of life through therapeutic techniques – experience that translates perfectly to our rehabilitation-focused environment.
Her passion for patient-centred care, combined with her leadership skills and attention to detail, makes her an invaluable addition to the EDPT team.
Outside of work, Paula enjoys photography, walking her two dogs, and motorcycling around the country.
