Anita is a highly qualified Physiotherapist with two decades of experience within the NHS.
Qualified 2002 from The University of East London with a first-class BSc in Physiotherapy. She now specialises in Muscular Skeletal Outpatient physiotherapy. She is extremely capable of a wide range of complaints for diagnosis, management, treatment and exercise prescription of all ages. Combining physical and general wellbeing for a patient centered approach. Helping people set their own goals of physical health and fitness for sport, work and all activities of daily living. She excels at pain management for a multitude of conditions including her specialist area in exercise for muscular skeletal injuries, spinal rehabilitation, joint pain and arthritic conditions.
Anita also has experience as Ruby club Physiotherapist. In the past she has been a keen sports person with experience in swimming, athletics, netball and hockey. Still enthusiasiastic for active participation in yoga, running (previous marathon runner), swimming, strength training and squash. Her hobbies include paragliding, scuba diving, surfing, hiking and travel. She is familiar with the trials and tribulations of staying fit and active as a parent. Anita has a huge love of family with a positive outlook on life health and fitness
