With over 25 years of dedicated experience in sports therapy and fitness, Gary brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to East Devon Physical Therapy. After earning his BA in Sports Studies from the University of Chichester, he completed his Sports Therapy Diploma in 1999, laying the foundation for his comprehensive approach to rehabilitation and movement.
A familiar face in the East Devon fitness community, Gary has established himself as a trusted fitness instructor across numerous local establishments, including LED leisure centres, Seaton Heights Gym, and the Seaton Camp Site Gym. His extensive qualifications span from sports massage, and fitness instruction to PT, enabling him to provide well-rounded care tailored to each client’s needs.
Gary’s passion for sports extends beyond his professional life. A former county-level basketball player, he maintains an active lifestyle and regularly participates in charity cycle rides, bringing first-hand understanding to athletic recovery and performance enhancement.
